Chào mừng bạn đến với Chính sách Vận chuyển của Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Thương mại REDON (sau đây gọi là "REDON" hoặc "Chúng tôi"). Chính sách này giải thích chi tiết về phương thức bàn giao dịch vụ trên nền tảng RedAI.

Chính sách này được cập nhật lần cuối vào tháng 11/2025.

I. PHƯƠNG THỨC BÀN GIAO DỊCH VỤ

RedAI là nền tảng dịch vụ trực tuyến, do đó chúng tôi không áp dụng hình thức vận chuyển vật lý truyền thống.

1.1. Bàn giao trực tuyến
Dịch vụ của chúng tôi sẽ được bàn giao trực tuyến qua tài khoản của khách hàng:
- Khách hàng sẽ nhận được thông tin kích hoạt dịch vụ qua email đã đăng ký
- Dịch vụ được kích hoạt trực tiếp trên tài khoản RedAI của khách hàng
- Không có bất kỳ sản phẩm vật lý nào được giao đến địa chỉ của bạn
- Toàn bộ quá trình diễn ra 100% trực tuyến

1.2. Không sử dụng dịch vụ vận chuyển bên thứ ba
- Chúng tôi không áp dụng hình thức hay dịch vụ vận chuyển của bên khác
- Không có đơn vị vận chuyển nào tham gia vào quá trình bàn giao
- Không phát sinh chi phí vận chuyển hay phí giao hàng
- Khách hàng không cần cung cấp địa chỉ giao hàng vật lý

II. THỜI GIAN KÍCH HOẠT DỊCH VỤ

2.1. Thời gian xử lý chuẩn
Thông thường, chúng tôi sẽ gửi thông tin kích hoạt dịch vụ thành công cho quý khách trong vòng 24 giờ kể từ khi thanh toán thành công:
- Thanh toán qua thẻ quốc tế: kích hoạt tức thì sau khi giao dịch thành công
- Thanh toán qua thẻ ATM nội địa: kích hoạt trong vòng 1-2 giờ
- Thanh toán qua chuyển khoản ngân hàng: trong vòng 24 giờ sau khi nhận được xác nhận chuyển khoản
- Thanh toán vào cuối tuần/ngày lễ: có thể chậm hơn 1-2 giờ làm việc

2.2. Xác nhận thanh toán
Để đảm bảo kích hoạt nhanh chóng:
- Vui lòng giữ lại biên lai/xác nhận chuyển khoản
- Ghi rõ mã đơn hàng trong nội dung chuyển khoản
- Kiểm tra email xác nhận sau khi thanh toán
- Liên hệ hotline nếu chưa nhận được xác nhận sau 24 giờ

III. QUY TRÌNH NHẬN DỊCH VỤ

3.1. Các bước thực hiện
Sau khi thanh toán thành công, khách hàng thực hiện các bước sau:
1. Kiểm tra email xác nhận thanh toán từ RedAI
2. Đăng nhập vào tài khoản RedAI đã đăng ký
3. Truy cập vào phần "Dịch vụ của tôi" hoặc "My Services"
4. Xác nhận dịch vụ đã được kích hoạt thành công
5. Bắt đầu sử dụng ngay lập tức

3.2. Thông tin trong email kích hoạt
Email xác nhận sẽ bao gồm:
- Thông tin đơn hàng và gói dịch vụ đã mua
- Hướng dẫn truy cập và sử dụng dịch vụ
- Link đăng nhập trực tiếp vào hệ thống
- Thông tin liên hệ hỗ trợ kỹ thuật
- Các tài liệu hướng dẫn và video tutorial

3.3. Kiểm tra trạng thái kích hoạt
Khách hàng có thể kiểm tra trạng thái kích hoạt qua:
- Đăng nhập vào tài khoản RedAI
- Kiểm tra mục "Lịch sử đơn hàng"
- Xem trạng thái "Đã kích hoạt" hoặc "Activated"
- Liên hệ bộ phận chăm sóc khách hàng qua chat/hotline

IV. HỖ TRỢ VÀ XỬ LÝ SỰ CỐ

4.1. Trường hợp chưa nhận được dịch vụ
Nếu quý khách chưa nhận được thông tin kích hoạt sau 24 giờ:
- Kiểm tra hộp thư spam/junk mail
- Đảm bảo email đăng ký chính xác
- Liên hệ hotline: 0965.26.28.24
- Gửi email: contact@redai.vn với thông tin đơn hàng
- Chat trực tuyến qua website: https://redai.vn

4.2. Sự cố kỹ thuật
Trong trường hợp gặp sự cố kỹ thuật khi kích hoạt:
- Liên hệ ngay bộ phận kỹ thuật 24/7
- Cung cấp mã đơn hàng và email đăng ký
- Chúng tôi cam kết xử lý trong vòng 2-4 giờ làm việc
- Hỗ trợ qua điện thoại, email hoặc chat trực tuyến

4.3. Đổi trả và hoàn tiền
- Do tính chất đặc thù của dịch vụ số, chúng tôi không áp dụng đổi trả như hàng hóa vật lý
- Khách hàng có thể yêu cầu hoàn tiền trong vòng 7 ngày nếu dịch vụ chưa được kích hoạt
- Vui lòng tham khảo "Chính sách hoàn tiền" để biết thêm chi tiết
- Mọi yêu cầu hoàn tiền sẽ được xử lý trong 7-14 ngày làm việc

V. CAM KẾT CHẤT LƯỢNG DỊCH VỤ

5.1. Đảm bảo hoạt động liên tục
RedAI cam kết:
- Uptime 99.9% cho tất cả các dịch vụ
- Hệ thống sao lưu và phục hồi tự động
- Bảo trì định kỳ với thông báo trước
- Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật 24/7 qua nhiều kênh

5.2. Bảo mật thông tin
- Mọi thông tin giao dịch được mã hóa SSL 256-bit
- Không chia sẻ thông tin khách hàng cho bên thứ ba
- Tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn bảo mật quốc tế
- Lưu trữ dữ liệu trên máy chủ đám mây an toàn

5.3. Cập nhật và nâng cấp
- Dịch vụ được cập nhật tính năng mới thường xuyên
- Khách hàng được hưởng miễn phí các bản cập nhật
- Thông báo trước về các thay đổi quan trọng
- Không phát sinh thêm chi phí cho bản cập nhật

VI. QUYỀN VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM

6.1. Quyền của khách hàng
Khách hàng có quyền:
- Nhận dịch vụ đầy đủ như cam kết
- Được hỗ trợ kỹ thuật miễn phí
- Yêu cầu giải đáp mọi thắc mắc
- Nâng cấp hoặc hạ cấp gói dịch vụ
- Hủy dịch vụ theo chính sách của RedAI

6.2. Trách nhiệm của khách hàng
Khách hàng cần:
- Cung cấp thông tin chính xác khi đăng ký
- Bảo mật thông tin đăng nhập tài khoản
- Sử dụng dịch vụ đúng mục đích và hợp pháp
- Thông báo ngay khi phát hiện sự cố bảo mật
- Tuân thủ điều khoản sử dụng dịch vụ

6.3. Trách nhiệm của RedAI
RedAI cam kết:
- Cung cấp dịch vụ đúng tiến độ và chất lượng
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng kịp thời và hiệu quả
- Bảo mật thông tin và dữ liệu khách hàng
- Thông báo trước về các thay đổi quan trọng
- Giải quyết khiếu nại một cách công bằng

VII. CHÍNH SÁCH ĐẶC BIỆT

7.1. Khách hàng doanh nghiệp
Đối với khách hàng doanh nghiệp:
- Hỗ trợ thiết lập và cấu hình ban đầu
- Account manager riêng cho tài khoản lớn
- Đào tạo sử dụng cho team
- Báo cáo và thống kê chi tiết
- Hợp đồng và hóa đơn VAT theo yêu cầu

7.2. Gói dùng thử
- Một số gói dịch vụ có thời gian dùng thử miễn phí
- Kích hoạt tức thì không cần thanh toán
- Tự động chuyển sang gói trả phí sau thời gian dùng thử
- Khách hàng có thể hủy bất kỳ lúc nào

7.3. Ưu đãi và khuyến mãi
- Các chương trình khuyến mãi sẽ được áp dụng tự động
- Mã giảm giá được nhập tại thời điểm thanh toán
- Ưu đãi đặc biệt cho khách hàng thân thiết
- Chương trình giới thiệu bạn bè nhận thưởng

VIII. CẬP NHẬT CHÍNH SÁCH

8.1. Quyền thay đổi
REDON có quyền sửa đổi, cập nhật hoặc bổ sung nội dung chính sách này bất kỳ lúc nào để:
- Cải thiện trải nghiệm khách hàng
- Đáp ứng yêu cầu pháp lý mới
- Phù hợp với sự phát triển của công nghệ
- Tối ưu hóa quy trình vận hành

8.2. Thông báo thay đổi
Khi có thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ:
- Thông báo qua email đến khách hàng
- Cập nhật trên website chính thức
- Đăng thông báo trên các kênh truyền thông
- Thời gian hiệu lực tối thiểu 7 ngày sau thông báo
