Limited Use Statement

The use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How RedAI Uses Google User Data

RedAI only accesses Google user data when a user explicitly connects a Google account or selects Google files for use with RedAI features. We use that data only to provide and improve the user-facing functionality requested by the user.

RedAI does not sell Google user data, does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not allow humans to read Google user data except where required for security, legal compliance, support requested by the user, or service operation with the user's permission.

Data Sharing and Protection

We transfer Google user data only as necessary to provide RedAI services, comply with applicable law, protect users, or with the user's explicit consent. We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
